The 315mm detachable hydraulic compression tool is designed for flow control or temporary shut-off of large pipelines. Generating a force of 25 tons, the hydraulic jack will close PE pipes of any standard wall thickness within the size range.
Permanent damage to the pipe is prevented by the correct use of safety stops. Under compression conditions, screwing in the locking pins will prevent any loss of compression caused by a reduction in hydraulic pressure. Replacement safety stop kits are also available for use on a variety of pipe sizes.
