Payment methods:
To guarantee complete security for the consumer, payment for goods purchased is made through the following 2 payment systems:
– Credit Card Payment (Stripe): Online payments are made through a secure server, where data travels encrypted. The secure server belongs to Stripe, which collects credit card data and processes the payment. Therefore, we neither handle nor store them.
– PayPal: a method known worldwide for its security and convenience.
Delivery and shipping time:
The delivery times indicated are for guidance only, although the usual delivery time is 24-48 working hours.
The commitment to sell and dispatch the advertised goods is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until sold out, so AMGROUP MAQUINARIA, in its commitment to quality and customer service, endeavours at all times to ensure advertised products are available. However, in exceptional circumstances that result in the product being out of stock, the order and the contract entered into between the parties shall become void under this termination clause, with the full amount paid by the customer being refunded in case of prepayment, without any compensation being due to either party for breach of contract, consequential loss or loss of profit.
AMGROUP MAQUINARIA will not dispatch any order until it has confirmed that payment has been made.
Although orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days, an approximate period of between 1 and 5 working days is established for the effective delivery of the purchased product, this period beginning from when AMGROUP MAQUINARIA has confirmation of payment by the customer.
The order will be delivered to the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. A subsequent change of delivery address requested by the customer may incur additional charges on top of the sale and transport price.
The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the location indicated by the customer and a signature and ID number will be required to collect the goods.
The maximum time limit to make a claim to the carrier is 24 hours in the event of a product arriving damaged, by email claim to soporte@amgroupmaquinaria.com or by phone to customer service at 93.586.29.40. These 24 hours are those provided by the transport insurance to report the incident.
The purchased product may, due to manufacturer availability, undergo non-substantial modifications to components, features or performance, provided these do not constitute a reduction in the advertised quality and performance.
Returns:
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, the customer shall have the right to revoke the order within seven working days of receipt, upon prior notification to AMGROUP MAQUINARIA, provided the tool or machine returned has not been used or tampered with and is in perfect condition for subsequent sale as a new item, including its original packaging, tools and instructions for use.
The return will incur a charge of 10 € for management and shipping costs of the machine, so the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid minus these €10.
En caso de que la mercancía resultara patentemente utilizada y que por lo tanto sufriese una devaluación comercial al comercializarlo de nuevo como “producto usado”, se procederá a reducir el valor. Lo mismo pasará en caso de falta del embalaje original o de su integridad, condición que nos obligará a pedir al productor que readquiera el mismo y que lo sustituya.
The customer shall send the goods by their own carrier to the logistics facility of our company AMGROUP MAQUINARIA, within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Responsibility for shipment until receipt is acknowledged at our warehouse shall lie with the customer. We therefore advise you to insure the shipment against theft, loss or transport damage (we are responsible for the outbound transport, but cannot assume responsibility for the return transport which we do not organise).
After receiving the goods, we will refund the customer the total amount of the transaction (except for the limitations in the previous points and any additional charges), within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method chosen by the customer, except in special cases.
Warranty:
The warranty is 1 año on defective components.
The warranty for products sold by AMGROUP MAQUINARIA is provided and established exclusively by the technical services of our manufacturer brands or, failing that, by our own technical service, with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.
To process the warranty it is necessary to present proof of purchase.
The warranty begins on the day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.
The warranty will be invalidated if the product has been incorrectly handled.
The warranty will not be valid in the event of factors external to normal product use, such as voltage surges or drops, use of accessories that are inappropriate or prohibited by the manufacturers, drops, water, fire or incorrect or abusive handling by the customer or third parties not authorised by the manufacturers, nor for materials subject to wear from normal use.
Clause for obtaining consent when collecting customer data:
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into a file of AMGROUP MAQUINARIA for the purpose of carrying out administrative, accounting and tax management.
By accepting this clause, we inform you that you consent to receiving commercial communications about our products and/or services and to your data being transferred to third-party supplier companies of ours, for the purpose of sending your purchase directly to your home address, and/or carrying out the necessary technical or maintenance service.
We also inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your data at the registered address of AMGROUP MAQUINARIA:
