AM GROUP MAQUINARIA S.L., within the scope of Sale and rental of machinery, equipment, tools, pipes, accessories and consumables for the welding and handling of plastic materials and for fluid conveyance, including the provision of technical support services such as repair and calibration, establishes this Policy as the reference framework for the effective management of Quality, in accordance with ISO 9001.

Top Management takes the lead in the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its alignment with the organisation’s strategic direction and promoting a culture based on continual improvement and sustainability.

Within this framework, the organisation undertakes to:

• Comply with the legal, regulatory and other requirements applicable to our activity, as well as contractual requirements and those to which we have voluntarily subscribed.
• Periodically identify and assess the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties.
• Maintain a documented, controlled and up-to-date system that ensures traceability and transparency in management.
• Ensure the conformity of the products and/or services offered, meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Manage processes through a risk- and opportunity-based approach.
• Promote sustainability through the efficient use of energy and resources, reducing our impact and contributing to climate change mitigation and adaptation.
• Ensure the consultation and active participation of workers and their representatives.
• Foster continual improvement of the processes and performance of the Quality Management System.

This Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains appropriate to the context and purpose of the organisation; it is communicated to all staff, is available to relevant interested parties and provides the framework for setting quality objectives.
