Roller designed for leveling long pipe sections in the butt welding process of PE, PP and PVDF pipes. The design ensures that the pipes remain level throughout the welding process, minimizes resistance to movement of the pipes and is very useful when installing pipes in a welding machine, which tend to bend due to their length. Practical tip: To keep the pipe perfectly aligned and eliminate stress during welding, we recommend using at least two roller supports. Resting the pipe on two support points ensures it is perfectly level with the welding machine, which translates directly into higher weld quality and a longer service life for the cutting tool.
