AM GROUP MAQUINARIA S.L., con el alcance Commercialisation and rental of machinery, equipos, herramientas, tuberías, accesorios y consumibles para la soldadura y manipulación de materiales plásticos y la canalización de fluidos, incluyendo la prestación de servicios de asistencia técnica como reparación y calibración, establishes this Policy as a reference framework for the effective management of Quality, in accordance with ISO 9001.

Senior Management assumes leadership of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its alignment with the strategic direction of the organisation and promoting a culture based on continuous improvement and sustainability.

Within this framework, the organisation commits to:

• Complying with the legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements of our activity, as well as contractual requirements and those voluntarily subscribed.
• Periodically identifying and evaluating the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties.
• Maintaining a documented, controlled and updated system that ensures traceability and transparency in management.
• Ensuring the conformity of the products and/or services offered, meeting customer requirements and improving their satisfaction.
• Managing processes through a risk- and opportunity-based approach.
• Promoting sustainability through the efficient use of energy and resources, and contributing to the mitigation of and adaptation to climate change.
• Ensuring consultation and active participation of workers and their representatives.
• Fostering the continuous improvement of processes and the performance of the Quality Management System.

This Policy is periodically reviewed to ensure its suitability to the context and purpose of the organisation, communicated to all personnel, available to relevant interested parties, and constitutes the reference framework for the establishment of quality objectives.
