Machinery Calibration Service
The kind of work machines do, and the conditions they do it in, are well known to all of us. Machines carry out very demanding work, often in harsh weather conditions, and over time they drift out of calibration and lose the precision they need to produce reliable welds: the heating plate temperature is no longer accurate, the pressure shown by the machine is not correct… This means the welds are not made at the temperature and pressure specified in the DVS welding table, so they are faulty welds that will cause problems in the short term.
You can avoid this by having your machine calibrated. At AM Group we have the only official approved workshop for Tecnodue and Advance Welding calibrations, where we inspect your machine and recalibrate it. Calibration follows a protocol with strict checks on all of the machine’s functions; if it fails these checks and needs repairs, we carry them out where necessary.
Finally, we return the machine to you together with a certificate confirming that it works correctly, and we label every part of the machine with a tag showing the serial number, the calibration date and the date until which it is valid.
As you know, this certificate is increasingly required in Spain before work can start on site: without it, you won’t be allowed to begin. Having your machine inspected and holding a valid certificate will save you problems in the future.
