The BASIC hot plate welder is suitable for parts made of thermoplastic material. Designed and manufactured with cutting-edge technologies, the BASIC series of hot plate welders is simple, reliable, robust and affordable. This one-of-a-kind bench welder is used for welding small and medium-sized parts, especially for smaller production runs where tooling cost is an important factor. All movements are carried out on hardened and ground bars, with ball sleeves. The welder cycle is controlled by a microprocessor with touch screen keys to set the welding cycle. The temperature is regulated by a digital temperature controller.

Description
The BASIC hot plate welder has a door that closes off the hot zone to prevent accidental contact. During the welding cycle, this door opens and closes automatically.
