HÜRNER HWT 125 SW light – Small multipurpose welding machine, ideal for welding overhead and in small spaces, for joining accessories and pipes made of PP, PP-R, PVDF, PB and PEHD with external diameters from 20 to 125 mm.
The standard supply includes connectors and nipples with external diameters from 63 to 125 mm, and optionally, with external diameters from 20 to 50 mm.
With the HÜRNER quick mounting system, the clamps can be easily changed.
The holding chassis can be removed from its steel frame by simply loosening 4 mounting screws, allowing it to be used in hard-to-reach areas or at height.
Both the clamping of the pipe and the accessory and the movement of the machine carriages are carried out using ergonomic handwheels. Additionally, the motion handwheel can be easily removed to move the carriages with a common power tool (cordless drill/driver). It is worth highlighting the housing of the heating element in the holding chassis, where said element is placed. This feature ensures easy insertion and safe removal of the heating element, providing reliable management of format changes and a comfort of use unique in this category of soldering systems.
