The PL400CNC is an automatic machine for welding pipes and elbows up to 400mm and constructing tees up to 315mm in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). By incorporating the CNC control unit, the PL400 becomes a fully automatic machine.
With the 400mm pivoting clamps, the Pl400CNC can make angle welds of different diameters with a maximum of 30º per weld. Easy handling through its hydraulic controls and automatic operation.
The PL400CNC is composed of:
- Basic machine with hydraulic movement.
- Two 400mm main clamps (with a maximum rotation angle of 30º).
- Reductions of 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280, 315 and 355 mm.
- Electric facing machine with safety switch.
- PTFE mirror with adjustable temperature.
