Roller designed for leveling long pipe sections in the butt welding process of PE, PP and PVDF pipes. The design ensures that the pipes remain level throughout the welding process, minimizes resistance to movement of the pipes and is very useful when installing pipes in a welding machine, which tend to bend due to their length. The leveling base frame is made of galvanized steel. The rollers are made of polyamide and are permanently mounted with no possibility of height adjustment. Polyamide rollers are characterized by their greater durability. Unlike supports with bearings, polyamide roller supports do not rust or jam, which eliminates the situation where, after flooding in a ditch or due to rain, the supports stop working after a while. To correctly support pipes of different diameters, it is possible to adjust the roller with the housing on the leveling base frame. To achieve the correct height in relation to the welding machine, wooden supports with the appropriate load capacity must be used.
