Repolen PreInsulated PE 100 pipe.

Repolen PreInsulated PE 100 pipe

REPOLEN PREINSULATED PE100 pipes consist of PE100 pipes pre-insulated with polyurethane foam and a high-density polyethylene casing, ideal for conveying drinking water and industrial liquids. They offer high thermal, chemical and electrical resistance, and are flexible, durable and eco-friendly. The PUR insulation layer minimises heat loss, making them perfect for domestic cold water applications and high-pressure industrial systems.
  • Recommended for DCW (domestic cold water) systems requiring insulation, thanks to its ability to withstand high temperatures.
  • Optimises energy resources and prevents blockages, as scale build-up is eliminated. Low pressure loss.
  • Five times less linear expansion than single-layer pipes (0.03 instead of 0.15).
  • Fully reliable in saline conditions, with high resistance to corrosion and pressure, and high structural rigidity.
  • Recyclable, very lightweight material with acoustic and electrical insulation properties, easy to install.
