The SEW-R 020 ultrasonic sewing machine has been designed and manufactured using the most modern technology available today (3D CAD, CNC).
This highly innovative sewing machine is suitable for welding synthetic fabrics, as an alternative to traditional thread sewing.
The sonotrode and the counter wheel rotate at the same speed. As a result, the welding process can be carried out smoothly. The speed can be adjusted to adapt the machine to different types of fabrics.
The ultrasound generator used has a nominal power of 500 watts, with a frequency of 36 KHz.
All welding parameters are adjustable:
- Feeding speed.
- Vibration amplitude.
- Push pressure.
- Welding height.
Various welding geometry options are available by simply replacing the feed wheel and counter wheel. This allows you to obtain imitations of seams in different patterns.
