Accessory for socket welding of PP-R pipes and accessories from 63 to 125mm.
Spider™ 125 machines are the preferred equipment for socket fusion of polypropylene piping systems, commonly used in the most advanced HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems. Its applications are typically within new or renovated commercial buildings where pipes are installed in tight spaces; for example, on walls, ceilings, floors, attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and mechanical rooms. This presents special difficulties, but the innovative Spider machines were specifically designed to achieve any feat.
Compact and light
With a small footprint and weight of just 8 kilos, the Spider 125 is specifically designed to help operators address particular challenges in interior facility spaces, such as walls, ceilings, floors, crawl spaces, rooftops and mechanical rooms. If you are in a tight space, the Spider 125 is the perfect tool.
Mergerseasy and precise
The Spider 125 Series 2 features redesigned jaws that help better maintain tube roundness and improve force distribution. A support bar is also incorporated to secure the connector, ensuring correct alignment and uniform fusion.
It is required a single operator
A one-man team is all that is needed to perform a socket fusion with the Spider 125. This not only saves time and money but frees up labor to continue installation duties.
Done for any type of tube
The Spider 125 is the preferred equipment on jobs as it can successfully fuse a variety of tubes and connectors, including PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) tubes and the new generation of PP-RCT (crystalline structure polypropylene random copolymer with improved resistance to pressure at elevated temperatures) tubes. These materials deliver leak- and corrosion-free systems, just like other thermoplastic tubing systems that have been used successfully for decades.
Driving without return
Spider machines are designed with self-locking, self-locking gears. This ensures that pressure is applied smoothly and consistently throughout the fusion, to produce a quality joint.
