USP-APP ultrasonic welders have been designed and manufactured using the most modern technology currently available (3D CAD, CNC). The mechanical and electrical solutions available allow working in optimal conditions and with a wide range of configuration possibilities, allowing the welder to be adapted to the most varied welding situations. Thanks to the absolute reliability of ultrasonic generators, it is also possible to obtain a constant welding process. USP-APP welders are available in three models:
- With base
- bench type
- Column type (possibility of incorporation into automatic lines).
The transducer head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is equipped with a mechanical stop to control welding heights. There is also a wide range of generators to expand user options: 20 and 36 KHz systems are available with power ratings between 500 and 3000 watts. These generators are state-of-the-art and completely digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of the welder is the cycle control system, which is activated entirely from the TOUCH SCREEN.
