USP-T ultrasonic welders have been designed and manufactured using the most modern technology currently available (3D CAD, CNC).
These machines are designed for particularly heavy operations where precision is an essential factor. They are particularly suitable for applications involving ultrasonic cutting of fabrics and laminated fabrics in the textile sector, and for cutting membranes and filter fabrics in the medical sector.

Thanks to its robust design and the use of high-resistance prismatic guides, the machine is capable of working in optimal conditions. These USPT ultrasonic welders are equipped with a special microprocessor-assisted programming system and a keyboard with a backlit display and function keys.

The absolute reliability of the generators is an essential condition to guarantee constant welding quality. These welders are available in three models:

• Column type (possibility of incorporation into automatic lines)

Generators are available with a power rating of up to 3000 watts.
