Sirius Electric through AM Group in Spain, builds plastic welding machines based on four technologies: ultrasonic, circular vibration, spin (SPIN) and hot plate. Its professionalism and expertise are reflected in a range of particularly reliable standard welding machines, designed and built entirely in Europe. For many years, its manufacturing activity has focused on building special-purpose machines. At the customer’s specific request, we can design and manufacture highly customized machinery and equipment. In more than thirty years of activity, we have built up considerable know-how and can provide specific solutions to concrete welding problems. Our electronics development department can customize ultrasonic generators and welding machine cycle control systems to suit each requirement. In some cases, these customizations lead to the production of new and innovative systems. Our customer support is also widely recognized. It starts at the preliminary stage, with guidance on how to design the parts to be welded, and continues with technical assistance proper in the event of a breakdown.

Our mechanical design and production department can manufacture special equipment, in particular sonotrodes (horns) that can be safely used on ultrasonic welding machines of other brands.
Welding machines with rotary tables, equipped with control systems and additional stations that integrate several operations normally carried out by hand, are designed and built in close collaboration with the customer.
