All T2 Welding PT family machines can be delivered in HP version to comply with the standardISO-21307 High Pressure, offering exceptional performance thanks to its new clamps, frames, tensioners and cylinders.
The cylinders, in this version, operate at thrust pressures three and a half times higher compared to the DVS2207-1 standard. This translates into a significant reduction in cooling times, increasing productivity by up to 60% per weld.
The clamps are made of aluminum and have a wider width on all HP versions of the PT family, and have been designed to be more robust in high-stress areas.
The new welded frame is much more compact and robust in the HP models and has been designed to reduce work times in maintenance operations.
Made of C40 steel capable of resisting high pressures, according to welding standards, as well as accidental impacts.
It is supplied in both versions, low and high pressure, and the cylinders can be exchanged at any time.
