The PL1200 CNC is an automatic machine for welding pipes, elbows and construction of tees up to 800mm in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). By incorporating the CNC control unit, the PL1200 becomes a fully automatic machine.
With the 1200mm pivoting clamps, the PL1200 CNC can make angle welds of different diameters. Easy handling through its hydraulic controls and automatic operation.
The PL1200 CNC is composed of:
- Basic machine with hydraulic movement.
- Two 1200mm main clamps (with a maximum rotation angle of 30º).
- Reductions of 630, 710, 800, 900, 1000 mm.
- Electric facing machine with safety switch.
- PTFE mirror with adjustable temperature.
