The PL2000 CNC is an automatic machine for welding pipes, elbows and construction of tees up to 1000mm in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). By incorporating the CNC control unit, the PL2000 becomes a fully automatic machine.
With the 2000mm pivoting clamps, the PL2000 CNC can make angle welds of different diameters. Easy handling through its hydraulic controls and automatic operation.
The PL2000 CNC is composed of:
- Basic machine with hydraulic movement.
- Two 2000mm main clamps (with a maximum rotation angle of 30º).
- Reductions of 1400, 1600, 1800 mm.
- Electric facing machine with safety switch.
- PTFE mirror with adjustable temperature.
