The PL500 CNC is an automatic machine for welding pipes, elbows and construction of tees up to 500mm in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). By incorporating the CNC control unit, the PL500 becomes a fully automatic machine.
With the 500mm pivoting clamps, the PL500 CNC can make angle welds of different diameters. Easy handling through its hydraulic controls and automatic operation.
The PL500 CNC is composed of:
- Basic machine with hydraulic movement.
- Two 500mm main clamps (with a maximum rotation angle of 30º).
- Reductions of 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450 mm.
- Electric facing machine with safety switch.
- PTFE mirror with adjustable temperature.
