The PL630 CNC is an automatic machine for welding pipes, elbows and construction of tees up to 630mm in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). By incorporating the CNC control unit, the PL630 becomes a fully automatic machine.
With the 630mm pivoting clamps, the PL630 CNC can make angle welds of different diameters. Easy handling through its hydraulic controls and automatic operation.
The PL630 CNC is composed of:
- Basic machine with hydraulic movement.
- Two 630mm main clamps (with a maximum rotation angle of 30º).
- Reductions of 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560 mm.
- Electric facing machine with safety switch.
- PTFE mirror with adjustable temperature.
