Loading of parts is usually done manually, although it is possible to use automatic loading systems. USP ROTOR ultrasonic welders can be equipped with ultrasonic generators with variable powers between 500 and 3000 watts at 20 or 36 kHz.
The choice of the generator is made depending on the type of piece to be welded. These ultrasonic welders are equipped with microprocessor cycle control. These machines have tubular anodized aluminum safety protections and transparent polycarbonate panels; The access doors to the work area are equipped with safety microswitches. At the customer’s request, safety protections can be replaced by soundproofing insulation.
