The VSP 405 vibration welder has been designed and manufactured using cutting-edge technologies (3D CAD, CNC).
This technology is used to weld thermoplastic parts with complex geometric shapes or when the material itself cannot be welded with traditional technologies (ultrasound, heating plate).
The vibration is circular. Unlike conventional vibration welders, vibration is obtained by moving a specially shaped shaft. This is very important because it allows the client to make the necessary fixings. The available mechanical and electrical solutions create optimal operating conditions with extensive adjustment possibilities, making the welder ideal for most welding applications.
The welder has a very robust structure. The base and column are made of painted steel. The motor that drives the central axis is of the brushless type. The movement of the vibrating head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve, and is carried out on high-precision prismatic guides with excellent mechanical characteristics.
One of the most important features of this welding machine is the cycle control system managed entirely by a MICROPROCESSOR.
It is possible to weld using the time function and the height function. In this case, the welding height is managed using an optical ruler with centesimal resolution. Different thrust pressures can be set for each phase of the cycle: head lowering, welding and compression.
The microprocessor can store 20 welding programs.
